DollarsandGifts.com is a Direct Sales company that focuses on customer sales not recruiting distributors. Our pay plan is one of the most lucrative available with very realistic and reachable goals.
There are 5 commission levels ranging from 20% - 40% of the listed retail price.
As your sales accumulate over time your commission levels go up also.
A 1st level ISR is not required to sell a min. amount every month. Once you are an ISR with DollarsandGifts.com you are a Rep for life. If you go 2 months in a row with out placing a product order (supplies excluded) your account will be considered inactive.
To re-activate your account place a min. product order of $20.00 and you are good to go again.
What a great way to just get all your gifts for a great price.
All Bronze ISR's (Independant Sales Representative) and above will be required to reach a minimum amount of sales each month in order to maintain their commission level.
All is not lost if you do not make your quota for 1 month. I am very aware of how hard you all work to make your money. And unlike other companies I understand that when life happens you should not have to start all over and miss out on your commissions and your bonuses.
If you miss your quota for 1 month you will stay in the Metal Level that you are in. However, your commission will drop one level for that month.
Example:
If you miss your quota 2 months in row then you will drop down 1 Metal Level until you have qualified to step up again.
Example:
Your total sales for that quarter will be added up and your bonus will be applied. The Metal Status that you have earned in the last month of the quarter will determine the bonus % you will receive.
To be eligible for your annual bonus you need to be a Silver Star Rep. or higher and meet 1 of the 3 total annual sales requirements.
You will also need to maintain a Bronze Star or higher for at least 5 out of 6 months with-in the 1st and/or 2nd half of the fiscal year.

Your total sales for that quarter will be added up and your bonus will be applied. The Metal Status that you have earned in the last month of the quarter will determine the bonus % you will receive.

Depending on how much time you invest can make a difference on how much money you will make. No one makes money for nothing. The big question for me has always been "How can I work smarter not harder?"
For instance, if you where to make contact with someone every single place you went you would be marketing your business.
Is that considered extra time? Or is that 'Working Smarter, Not Harder'?
Lets step it up a notch. You run into that person you made contact with above, or someone you haven't seen since you recieved your business cards.
